Convenient Installation. Swap the oil drain plug with the Oil Advantage sensor which installs precisely into the oil pan/reservoir of the equipment to be monitored – no need for bypass pumping. A ruggedized cable runs from the Sensor Assembly to the DAU and can be installed at any convenient location within the equipment or nearby. Our sensor assembly, cables, and DAU are IP67 rated and designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to 80C so are suitable for mounting in any exterior environment.
Easy Availability. Our products run off 9V – 28V DC power and draw a maximum of 100mA. Two wires run from the DAU and can be connected to any suitable power source.

The hardware component of our products is made with highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ruggedized cables, and IP67 (with an option of IP69) waterproof connections. Used under normal conditions, EngineWatch and MachineWatch will remain maintenance-free throughout the lifetime of your equipment. Under extreme conditions of soot, fuel, or water exposure, the sense element may need to be replaced during an oil change, at a minimal cost and in less than a minute.
